It was cold and breezy in Tagaytay Highlands last night, great weather! There were lots of songs requested from the guests.  Had a guest singer too who sang "Father and Son".  Everyone seemed happy, surprised with this new faces entertaining them while eating their $$$ valued meals :).

Kyle had a meet up too with VIP's of TH for future projects of his company, MASID Multimedia. In other words, all went great!

Thanks to Sir Watari, a friend from the Dairymoor days, who invited us to play in the opening of GOOD TIMES KTV and Entertainment Bar.  Thanks for the continued support and confidence on MASID.

GOOD TIMES a KTV Bar with live band entertainment is located at The Fort Strip Building on 7th Avenue corner 26th Street, (in front of NBC Tent) Bonifacio Global City Taguig. Check out their website @http://www.goodtimes.com.ph/.  Live bands are scheduled from Monday to Thursday to entertain you while taking a breather.  MASID's schedule for the month of February is every Wednesday starting at 8pm.

Ka Freddie's (Freddie Aguilar) most popular song. I did a cover of this song to test my newly acquired recording equipment. It turned out to be not too bad. This song is the most requested song when we (MASID) start playing OPM. Walang ka kupas-kupas itong kantang ito. When I was working overseas, foreigners would request this song. I guess the reason for it's popularity is how I perform it.... bwahahaha.

My Bedroom

The lyrics of MY BEDROOM was written out of boredom.  It started when I got awarded a room at the singles quarters, called a donga, back in 2002.  Documenting what I was going through in a song form is a great idea, I thought. Hence, MY BEDROOM was the result.

In Papua New Guinea (and probably most of the Pacific Islands have an expression like "Something, Nothing"). This is an example of a "something nothing " song.  Recording of the music took place here at home sometime in 2004.  This is only a demo.

The music was inspired by John Mayer's "Your Body Is A Wonderland".  If you listen to the song you will notice its similarity.  Happy listening!

Only A Dream

One of my artistic creation.  I was singing this song in one of my solo gigs when a local TV producer approached me and suggested I send a demo to the TV program he was working at. He said that they were in dire need of original pilipino music (OPM) for their tele-serye programs. Every Friday he was at my gig asking if I have done what he asked me to do :(. For some reason I did not adhere to his request.

Now I am sharing this song with you, listeners. Hope you enjoy it.
